Welcome to the Family History
Information Centre which has been set up to provide members with easy access
to the advice and resources which will help them in their research.
The information centre
supplements our monthly meetings by providing brief guidance on particular
research topics, together with handouts from presentations at our meetings. It
also lists some of the genealogy websites and postal addresses which our
members have found particularly useful. Finally, it includes a catalogue of
library items which individual members have offered to lend to other members.
The Information Centre has been
introduced for the benefit of members and as such we would welcome feedback on
whether it works for you. Please contact Andrew Patterson with your
